IGPark Polgár is located right at the Polgár exit off the M3 highway. Due to its outstanding location the Park can be easily reached from four major cities: Budapest, Debrecen, Miskolc and Nyíregyháza, with overall population of around 600 000 people. Also, being located at the international transit network TEN-T, the neighboring countries – Slovakia, Ukraine and Romania – are easily accessable. Distance from Liszt Ferenc International Airport is 180 km and from Debrecen International Airport, it is 68 km.
Covering 58 hectares altogether, IGPark Polgár offers 27 500 sqm class ‘A’ warehouse space for rent; as well as development plots both for sale and to be developed in built-to-suit (BTS) cooperation.
The speculative development of the 4 500 m2 logistics hall is being built as an answer to the increasing demand for logistics and light industry halls in the area. The building is entirely customizable to tenant-needs and expected to be move-in ready by Q3 2021.
