IGPark Miskolc is located in the Mechatronikai Industrial Park, in the immediate vicinity of Highway M30. Major companies such as Bosch, Chervon, LG Magna are already present in the park with manufacturing activities.
On the 6.5 ha development site, construction of a 33 000 m² manufacturing and logistics hall is underway, the first phase of which, a 19 000 m² hall, has already been handed over. The building can be further extended by 14 000 m² within 12 months from contracting.
On the adjacent 5 ha of land, a building of approximately 25 000 m² can be built, of which 10 500 m² in the first phase has been completed, and the extension has planning permission and can be started immediately.
In the adjacent area (Szirmabesenyő) we have a further 23 ha of industrial land still available for development in built-to-suit cooperation.
