‘D’ Logistics Hall

IGPark Polgár is located right at the Polgár exit off the M3 highway. Due to its outstanding location the Park can be easily reached from four major cities: Budapest, Debrecen, Miskolc and Nyíregyháza, with overall population of around 600 000 people.

The 5500 m² speculative logistics hall is located in Infogroup’s own industrial Park, it is the latest addition to the already existing 32.000 m² industrial development.

The development serves to fulfill the ever growing logistics and industrial demand. It can be customized to individual specifications. Move-in date: from Q1 2022.
