IGPark Miskolc is located in the Mechatronikai Industrial Park, in the immediate vicinity of Highway M30. Major companies such as Bosch, Chervon, LG Magna are already present in the park with manufacturing activities.
The Park comprises a total of 11.5ha and 23ha of industrial land. Built-to-suit Building 1 of 19 000 m² and Built-to-suit Building 2 (LG-Magna) have been completed in 2022 and 2024. Both buildings can be extended.
In the adjacent area (Szirmabesenyő) we have a further 23 ha of industrial land still available for development (15.000 m²) in built-to-suit cooperation.
