The Park covers a total of 25 hectares of land prepared for development. Of this, an industrial-logistics hall of 21 000 m² (‘Building A’) was delivered in 2023 and ‘Building B’, a hall of 15 000 m², in 2024. The park is directly accessible from the recently constructed road junction and has excellent visibility from the main road.
