Of this, an industrial-logistics hall of 21 000 m² (‘Building A’) was delivered in 2023 and ‘Building B’, a hall of 15 000 m², in 2024. The park is directly accessible from the recently constructed road junction and has excellent visibility from the main road.

Development potential:

  • The extension of Building A by 6 000 m² is currently underway, in parallel with the development of the 15 000 m² Building C. The planned delivery is Q3 2025.
  • In addition, there is potential for a further 40 000 m² of industrial development.
