The project is strategically located in Kecskemét, next to Daimler /Mercedes-Benz manufacturing plant. The location has a direct connection to highway M5 by a 2×2 lane road.
The site is fully prepared for immediate development. It will have a separate access via a newly created junction directly at the site.
Due to its outstanding location, the site can be easily reached from the motorway and could ideally function as a last mile logistics hub.
