The Park has 33 ha industrial area with existing 37 500 m2 primarily production area in 6 existing warehouses, with internationally acclaimed tenants such as ABB, Freudenberg and Autoflex.

In addition, the Park has a further 45 000 m2 built-in potential, with valid building permits, so completion is possible within 12 months from contracting.
