
The IGPark Polgár is located directly at the Polgár exit of Highway M3, near the TVK/MOL (Tiszaújváros) chemical plant, in the area of an established industrial park. Thanks to its excellent location, the Park is easily accessible from four major cities – Budapest, Debrecen, Miskolc and Nyíregyháza – with a potential workforce of around 600 000. The Industrial Park is linked to the neighbouring countries of Slovakia, Ukraine and Romania by the international transit route TEN-T, which passes directly by. Liszt Ferenc International Airport is 180 km away and Debrecen International Airport is 68 km away.
IGPark Polgár covers an area of 60 hectares, of which 41 000 m² is available for lease in category A light industrial and warehouse halls. Development plots are also available for both sale and built-to-suit projects.
Currently bigger tenants include Lidl, GebrüderWeiss and EcoFamily.
We have a valid building permit for the construction of a 16 000 m² logistics hall, which will partly house refrigerated facilities.
