IGPark Polgár is located right at the Polgár exit off the M3 highway. Distance from Liszt Ferenc International Airport is 180 km and from Debrecen International Airport, it is 68 km.
Covering 58 hectares altogether, IGPark Polgár offers 27 500 M² class ‘A’ warehouse space for rent; as well as development plots both for sale and to be developed in built-to-suit (BTS) cooperation.
